Kate was born in Boston, where she lived for a couple of months before moving. This was the first move of many. She and her family moved 12 times in her whole life all around the country. They thought that moving made worldly children.
Her parents were always wealthy and could support her wants and needs in any way possible. She usually got whatever she wanted, but her parents made sure that she wasn't spoiled. Her parents made sure that their kids did chores and got good grades. Her family found intelligence really important, and grades were always a priority. She was expected to get mostly A's, and nothing lower than a B.
She started riding when she was seven years old. Although she loved riding, whenever her and her family moved she would have to restart her riding career. Therefore, she is still jumping two feet instead of higher. She wants to jump higher and sometimes feels embarrassed that kids younger than her are jumping higher than her. She always does her best at riding and shows a lot.
Her education was always really good. She went to public schools mostly. She was admitted to one of the best private boarding schools in the country, but her family moved before she got to attend. Later, she was admitted to Canterwood Crest and then to Appleberry Crest.
